About Universal Nexus

From Hong Kong, we turn manufacturing capability into products our clients can put on shelves with confidence.

Who we are

Universal Nexus Trading Co., Limited

Universal Nexus Trading Co., Limited was registered in Hong Kong in 2026. We take the depth of Chinese manufacturing and turn it into products our clients can sell under their own brand — corporate gifts, e-mobility and riding gear, developed from the ground up around each client. South America is our primary market, where we work in Portuguese; Europe, North America and Southeast Asia are handled the same way.

Three lines that look unrelated are really one capability: finding the right factory, fixing the specification, getting a sample signed off and landing the goods on time. Gifts live on design and cost, e-mobility on certification and structure, helmets on safety and fit. Working across all three taught us where programmes break — so we close those gaps before they open.

We keep no stock catalogue and we are not a messenger between buyer and factory. Costs are itemised in every quotation, lead times we can hold are stated plainly, and the ones we cannot hold are said out loud. If a specification will not pass the destination market, we say so at quotation stage — letting a client save money on the wrong order is the most expensive thing we could do.

We are not here for a single order. A programme counts as finished when the client hands us the next product too — so we put the time into the first one: mapping the supply chain, opening up the cost structure, putting the risks on the table early. Do that long enough and we stop being a supplier and become the buying office our clients rely on in China.

We do not sell goods. We sell the certainty that lets a client put their own name on the shelf.

Capabilities

Where we add value

  • OEM & ODM Programmes

Your brand, our supply chain — from logo and packaging to a fully developed product, taken from concept all the way to shelf-ready.

  • Supply Chain Consolidation

Gift, e-mobility and accessory factories run under one programme, matched to your specification, volume and target price — one schedule, one point of contact.

  • Quality & Certification

Compliance is checked against the destination market before production, not after — helmets, electricals and materials alike — with pre-shipment inspection before anything leaves.

  • Export & Logistics

Consolidation, export documentation and door-to-door delivery by sea, air or express — customs handled, so goods arrive as one shipment instead of five.

How we work

From brief to delivery

  1. 01

    Brief & specification

Tell us what the product is, who buys it and what it has to pass. A sample or a reference photo is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Options & quotation

Two or three factory options, indicative pricing and a realistic lead time — quoted in full, with nothing added later.

  3. 03

    Sampling & sign-off

Samples are made against your artwork. Nothing moves to mass production until you sign off.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

In-line checks, pre-shipment inspection and consolidated shipping to your door.

What we stand for

How we do business

  • Global outlook

We work backwards from the destination market — the shelf, the price point, the regulation — not just the factory gate.

  • One accountable partner

Sourcing, QC, documentation and freight sit with one team. One shipment, one person to call.

  • Custom first

Customisation is not an add-on here, it is the business. Logo, colour, packaging and tooling are the standard conversation, never an upsell.

  • Mutual gain

Factories, clients and us — a programme only counts as done when all three want to do it again.
